Phase One

• Award and Signing of Contract. Start Date Determined.
• Your First Meeting with Defender’s Management Staff Will Be Held.

The phase one meeting is conducted on the protected property. A thorough tour of the facility will be conducted. During this tour, information on the existing security program will be collected and discussed. A discussion of the existing duties will determine your new post orders, training needs, supervisory needs, specific qualifications for the site, if any existing security personnel will be asked to apply to keep their positions, and any other details that are important for strong continuity of services. At this point another date will be set up to move the program development into Phase Two.
