In phase three, Defender’s staff is carefully preparing for our start date. This phase usually can be accomplished in a two week period. During this phase we will determine the staff that is to be recruited, promoted, reassigned, trained and tested. An on site orientation training session is scheduled with the selected staff. Post orders are distributed internally for personnel, management, dispatch, and field staff orientation to your site. After the Defender Management staff becomes familiar with your site, recommendations may be made to improve your overall program. Your security staff is now ready to begin - TROUBLE FREE.
