Ray Monteleone serves as the company's Vice President of Operations. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the business and supports the clients and employees in the field. Ray served in the US Marine Corps for nearly 12 years prior to entering the security field in 2008. Ray has over 16 years of service to Defender Security Services; starting as a Field Supervisor before being promoted to Operations Manager and then Vice President of Operations.
